In this section you will find 5 subjects with the following content.

The MONEY MAKER MACHINE shows the essentials to develop on a simple, natural way, the 5 steps.

The JN FACTORIES is used to apply the 5 steps in different day to day environments.

BUFFER MANAGEMENT is a special subject because it is quite essential for a successful implementation of Drum Buffer and Rope. Essentially it is part of the JN Factory. During the education both sessions are integrated.

The chapter MAKING SCHEDULES shows a simple example on how to make a simple schedule for a constraint buffer and an assembly buffer. If I don't touch this subject during the education you can still read it because it is rather self explanatory.

The last subject JN FACTORY EXERCISES shows a number of typical examples of Drum Buffer and Rope applications. The examples as such are not so essential. The discussion however on how to apply the 5 steps on those examples is very essential. Try to discuss the examples when applicable in your day to day situation. That's the reason I developed them.
