  Knowledge Providers is specialized in delivering Management Educations for future senior Management.

We combine within our Management Educations all necessary tools to be successful as a Senior Plant Manager:

  • Leadership Tools in order to handle groups and to establish balanced teams. Participants should be better equiped to develop the right actions to improve the bottom line.  
  • Presentation Techniques in order to convince people at any level on the idea behind those actions and as a next step how to implement those actions 
  • Specific Tools needed to be able to install those actions on the floor (shop floor management, supply chain, IT, finance and reporting)
 Education is developed and taught by Dr. John Yanouzas and John Nijhuis.

Dr. Yanouzas is Professor Emeritus of Management at the University of Connecticut. He has been a member of the Graduate Faculty of the University of Connecticut and taught courses in organizational behaviour, leadership, motivation, group decision making and teambuilding.  Formerly, he was Professor of Management at the Pennsylvania State University.

Dr. Yanouzas has also been a consultant to numerous business, educational, hospital and government organizations.  He has conducted many management seminars and has served as a consultant-trainer in numerous workshops throughout the United States, Mexico, Greece, South Africa, China, France, Poland, Ukraine, Belgium and the Netherlands. 

John Nijhuis has a degree in Computer Science and worked the first 20 years of his career in that field. He was faced with the implementation of change almost on a daily base. He has been a leading director of one of the major Computer Education Institutes in the Netherlands.

The last 15 years he has been in charge of a wide variety of  plants for a major Automotive Group company. As a Managing Director he has been running operations very successfully in the Netherlands, Belgium, France, Germany, Denmark, United Kingdom, Spain, United States, Canada, Mexico and South Africa. The most recent 5 years of his career he was the C.O.O. of this Group responsible for the day to day Operations.

John Nijhuis is an expert in implementing the Theory of Constraints and has been part of all necessary educations at the Goldratt Centre in New Haven (USA) to deliver the full range of T.O.C. educations.
